Job Description

Job Title: Estimator/Purchasing Manager
A custom home starts with estimating. Every job has a cost. And it takes the right team to figure that out. This position needs to be filled by a highly motivated, smart, out-of-the-box thinker. Multi-tasking strengths are a must. To fully estimate a custom home/build from material take-offs to gathering subcontractors' quotes to manage the purchases you created. We are looking for the right person to help successfully elevate our company and streamline the process of custom home building.

Qualifications / Responsible:

• Extensive Construction Knowledge
• Familiar with PlanSwift Software, or have the capability to learn it quickly
• Generate material take-offs and final construction costs
• Create Purchase Orders
• Assist the Director of Construction with purchases
